temple home…

  • Our temple houses large (15-25) group ceremonies, hosts workshops and events.

  • Our temple sits on 5 acres of land filled with over 3 types of ecualyptus, surrounded by mountains views, family farms/nurseries. Nearby you'll find a lake, river stream, vineyards, hiking trails, horseback riding, and so much more!

  • Our standard lodging: memory foam mattresses in the ceremony room where everyone rests. We courage you to bring your own sheet, blanket, pillow & pillowcase yet we have plenty of extras provided. We have two shared (all genders) indoor bathrooms, two outdoor bamboo bathing areas. You’re welcome to bring anything you think will make your experience more comfortable.

  • Our in-house apothecary + medicinal market

  • We heal in community. This is the indigenous way of also moving from centering the individual separate from a village. Our immersions allow personal healing in the flow state of living in spirit-led community.

Temple Stay Form

Please follow all instructions and submit your payment after submitting the form:

ALL VISITORS: YOUR LODGING FEE IS DUE at least 1 Week before arrival

  • DAILY RATE - $60/day | Send Payment

  • WEEKLY RATE - $275/week | Send Payment

  • MONTHLY RATE - $825/mo | Subscribe Monthly Payment

    • Step 1: Sign the Visitation Agreement & send it to info@makhosifoundation.org

    • Step 2: Subscribe to a monthly payment option

    • The monthly fee is due on the 28th of every previous month, thus please subscribe by the 28th - Give us at least 7 days' notice if you are not able to honor your lodging fee agreement due date.

PREPARING FOR YOUR STAY
Temple Location: 39080 Daily Road, Fallbrook, CA 92028
1. San Diego Airport is the nearest to our temple. We no longer offer direct Airport Pick Up/Drop Off. We recommend arranging to take the train to Oceanside ($15-$20) and an Uber/Lyft to the Temple. You may inquire within our community when there are groups for a direct pick-up/drop off ($50 each way towards gas) however it is the responsibility of students/guests to inquire into our community OR organize their own Uber/Lyft or Car Rental.
2. All guests should arrive between 12noon - 3pm PT, and depart by 12noon on your scheduled days
3. Joining this temple is an invitation to our protocols & agreements rooted in an Ubuntu Conscious Community.
4. Items to Bring::

  • Temple Clothing (white and light-colored clothing, a sarong/lapa or skirts); Slip-on shoes

  • Your medicines & Rites Supplies (For students)

  • Weather Appropriate Blanket/Bedding; 2 Towels minimum

    • You can order a blanket or sleeping items to have shipped to our Temple Location if needed
